The room included a bathtub. The bathroom had large mirrors. The bed was comfortable and a good size. I found the location close to the city center. I liked I could walk most places.
The elevator required a key card for operation.

a good chapter in our travels
convenient location warm welcome delicious dishes
i was thrilled to discover the hotel is right next to the ice congress center. the staff welcomed us with open arms at check-in. the downstairs bar was a haven (i loved the cocktails!), and the restaurant served a delicious array of dishes.
My only slight concern was the outdated air conditioning system. It made the room a bit stuffy at times, hindering comfortable sleep.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Paulina at reception helped me find my wedding ring, displaying immense patience and kindness (i will be forever grateful!).

The location is superb. It is right next to tram and bus stops, with easy access. it is also only a kilometer from the city center and major attractions, very convenient indeed.

excellent stay near the castle
convenient location useful garage early arrival friendly staff
i found the location very convenient, just a short walk to the castle. the hotel provided parking in a garage, very useful for me. i received a room ready upon my mid-morning arrival, a nice surprise. staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay!
I noticed the elevator requires a card for operation. This felt a little inconvenient.

limited shelving poor shower
The bathroom wasn't great, I found it very basic. There was limited shelving space and the shower wasn't good. I booked a room with a castle view, but I looked directly at the conference building instead. I could only see the castle if I strained my neck!

loud air conditioning subpar breakfast
the room was clean the bed was comfortable
the room's air conditioning was very loud it made sleeping difficult the noise disrupted my rest. i requested assistance with this problem but the staff was unhelpful. furthermore the breakfast was very average the selection was limited and the quality was subpar.

a stay that just was
noisy air conditioning unprepared bed
the hotel's location was acceptable, placing me within a short walk of the castle.
My room faced an abandoned building. the air conditioning was loud making sleep difficult. It alternated between hot and cold air, a awful setup. but it wasn't prepared when i arrived. I had to wait for them to sort it out

this room was super clean. it included sufficient space and a comfortable bed. the hotel provided easy access to public transport, it ensured convenient travel throughout the area.
the shower head needed repair. the water pressure did not provide a good shower experience. i hope this can be resolved .
